Bob Trbojevich
Bob started his career in accountancy culminating at Company secretary level. He moved to a sales role in Information Technology specialising in Government and Corporate accounts. He moved through sales management and general management in both resellers and distributors and has a wealth of experience in building both Sales and Service teams and guiding organisations through the dramatic change typical of the industry.
In 1992, Bob founded a consultancy practice focused on introducing business disciplines in the I.T. industry channels and developing and implementing training programs to accommodate organizational change. Bob was instrumental in the initial training of Optus Cable and Wireless' service staff, a huge project involving the training of over 2,000 staff. He has also taken on the role as Project Director for significant application, implementation and change management projects in the largest Australian financial institutions including Westpac.
Bob also has consulted on guiding organisations through Major Accounts Strategy and building customer service teams to support these accounts.
It was in this role that, in 1999, he undertook an assignment with the emerging ERP vendor, JD Edwards as their NSW manager. After a year Bob was asked to take on the role of Managing Director Australia & New Zealand. Once he had successfully built them up into a substantial sales and services organisation Bob handed the role over to his successor and returned to consulting as a senior associate of Wolken Technology Management.
